How do I access the payment portal? Follow
Partners and clients of signed agents can access their payment information and history including (1) Updating Payment (2) Updating Subscriptions (3) View Invoices (4) View Statements.
Note: By default, Hook Security bills in "arrears" at the end of the month after totaling the users and adjusting the monthly use quantity.
System Access
To begin, you will be sent credentials to login upon your first order. If you need credentials, please ask your Client Success Manager or email support@hooksecurity.co
The URL for the portal is: hooksecurity.mybillsystem.com/ManagedPortal
Upon entering the portal, you should see this:
1. Updating Payment
Click "Manage" found directly below the payment due.
You should see the following:
From there, you can "Edit" or "Add" a new card.
*Please select "Make Default" on the payment you would like us to process automatically moving forward.
2. Updating Subscription
By default, you have "read only" access to your subscriptions. However, if you are curious about your subscription details you can look deeper into any of your plans.
Click "Subscriptions" in the center of the screen.
By clicking "View" on the far right side of the screen, you should be able to see and explore the following:
3. View Invoices
By clicking on "Invoices" you should see the following. All you need to do in click "View" in order to review or download the .pdf version of your invoice.
4. View Statements
By clicking on "Statements" you should see the following. All you need to do in click "View" in order to review or download the .pdf version of your statements.
